Kylie is the official photographer for many local councils.  She is fully police checked and has a "WORKING WITH CHILDREN' card and is in fact a Foster Carer.  She is passionate about supporting local councils and the work they do to support families and children in their communities.  This area outlines a selection of images taken at local council community events.

Avondale Heights Library - 5th Birthday Celebrations, Moonee Valley Festival and various City of Greater Dandenong childrens events.

City of Moonee Valley wanted to capture the celebration of this spectacular library whose facade was inspired by the artist Howard Arkleys' work.  Kylie Grinham spent the day capturing the children and their parents who attended this wonderful event.  The images were to be used in council collateral for the Library.
